Coconut Clusters and Popcorn Bark
Three ingredients are all you need for this delicious vegan Coconut Cluster and Popcorn Bark. Treat yourself to a great anytime snack!
- 75g Alter Eco Dark Blackout Organic Chocolate, chopped
- 1/4 cup Buddha Bowl Himalayan Sweetness Sweet and Salty Organic Popcorn
- Alter Eco Cherry + Almond Butter Coconut Clusters
- Line a plate with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Over a double boiler, melt Alter Eco dark chocolate, stirring regularly using a spatula.
- When melted, pour over the prepared parchment paper. Use spatula to spread evenly.
- Top with Buddha Bowl popcorn and Alter Eco coconut clusters.
- Transfer to the fridge until set. Break using your hands or cut into large pieces.
