Paleo Superfood Chocolate Fudge Cups
These yummy cups are full of fudgey goodness! And they're keto, paleo, gluten free, grain free and vegan! Make it your own with your fave toppings.
Fudge Cup Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsalted, creamy almond butter
2 bars, 85% Blackout bar, chopped
1/4 cup coconut oil
In a double boiler, or microwave, heat the dark chocolate, almond butter and coconut oil until all ingredients are mixed together and smooth. Pour chocolate mixture into lined muffin tins and sprinkle with desired superfood toppings. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 mins.
