Caramel has been enjoyed in the world since the 17th century! While caramel has traditionally been made from just sugar and water, our caramel is a mixture of raw cane sugar, lush organic cream and pastured heirloom butter. All of the ingredients are simmered together to the brink of burnt for our rich flavor and masterful caramel crunch. Our caramel is produced in Switzerland along with our chocolate with the ingredients coming from Germany and France.
