Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Mug Cake

The love affair continues. There's something about chocolate and peanut butter that is endlessly comforting. This Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Mug cake is like a warm hug on a cool fall night. It's vegan, low in sugar and gluten free.. so have at it!

1 ripe banana⁠

2 Tbsp cacao powder⁠

2 Tbsp peanut butter⁠

1/4 tsp salt⁠

1/4 tsp baking powder⁠

1 Tbsp maple syrup⁠

2 Tbsp chopped Alter Eco dark chocolate⁠



Combine all of the ingredients in a mixer until well blended. Then stir in your chopped Alter Eco chocolate bar of choice, and pour the batter into a microwave safe mug. Cook in your microwave for 60-90 seconds. ⁠


Ding! Warm hug delivered in about 3 minutes flat. Enjoy!⁠
