Lemon Pepper Quinoa

Serve our Lemon Pepper Quinoa with your favorite grilled or roasted veggies, a bed of greens, and your favorite plant-based protein for an easy climatarian meal.


  • 2 cups Organic Rainbow Heirloom Quinoa, cooked according to package directions
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon zest
  • 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Teaspoons fresh cracked black pepper
  • 2 Teaspoons salt



In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well. Add more salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm or chilled!
