Salted Pretzel Chocolate Chip Cookies

Crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside, filled with salty sweet chocolate perfection in the middle. 👌👌 Thanks to Plant and Sprout for working with us on this recipe.



1 cup all purpose flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp baking soda

1 tsp salt

1/3 cup melted coconut oil

2/3 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup warm water

1/3 cup chopped pretzels

1 bar salted dark chocolate



Preheat your oven to 350F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and set aside. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and set aside. In another bowl, combine the sugar, melted oil, and warm water. Add the wet mixture to the dry, and mix. Fold in the chocolate and pretzels, and form cookie dough balls to place on your pan. The batter should make around 10-12 cookies. Bake for 12-14 minutes, depending on how crispy you like them!
