S'more Than Just a Snack: Alter Eco’s Sweet Debut at Camp Poosh 2025

Under the desert sun, with music floating through the air and matcha shots flowing like water, Alter Eco made its Coachella debut the best way we know how: by bringing clean, feel-good indulgence to Camp Poosh 2025.

Hosted at a private lakeside property during Weekend 1 of Coachella, Camp Poosh was three-day wellness wonderland curated by Kourtney Kardashian Barker — think glam stations, DIY sneaker workshops, luxury campfires, and curated welcome kits stuffed with clean essentials (including a few Alter Eco treats 👀).

Our Activation: The Cleanest S'mores Moment Ever

To kick off the weekend, Alter Eco set up a custom s’mores cart next to a massive fire pit overlooking the lake — a cozy, camp-inspired scene with a clean-living twist. Campers, dressed in matching sweatsuits, built their own next-level s'mores using:

Classic Blackout bars (bold and rich)

Burnt Caramel bars (buttery perfection)

Sea Salt bars (that sweet-salty magic)

Paired with different cookies and vegan marshmallows, it was nostalgic, elevated, and unapologetically delicious — everything Camp Poosh stands for.

Bringing Camp Poosh Home

Couldn’t snag a wristband? No worries — we’re bringing a little lakeside magic to you. Inspired by the green, clean, and cozy energy of Camp Poosh, we created these fluffy

Matcha Marshmallows you can make right at home.

Camp Poosh-Inspired Matcha Marshmallows

A clean, dreamy treat inspired by the lakeside fires and cozy nights at Camp Poosh.

Ingredients:

● 3 tablespoons grass-fed gelatin

● ½ cup cold water (for blooming)

● ½ cup hot water (just under boiling)

● 1 cup pure maple syrup

● 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

● 2 teaspoons ceremonial grade matcha powder

● Pinch of sea salt

● Powdered sugar and/or matcha powder for dusting

Instructions:

In a stand mixer bowl, bloom the gelatin by sprinkling it over cold water. Let sit for 10 minutes.

Heat maple syrup and hot water together, bringing to a gentle simmer. Heat to 230°F.

With the mixer on low, slowly pour in the hot syrup. Increase to high speed and whip for 8–10 minutes until thick and glossy. Add vanilla, matcha powder, and sea salt. Whip for 30 more seconds.

Pour into a parchment-lined 8x8-inch pan dusted with powdered sugar. Smooth the top.

Let set at room temperature for 6 hours or overnight.

Dust with more powdered sugar, cut into squares, and lightly toss to prevent sticking.

Serve up s’mores with your favorite Alter Eco chocolates and graham crackers.
