ingredients
Popsicle
- 1 ½ cups almond milk
- 2 ripe bananas
- ½ cup smooth organic peanut butter
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
Toppings
- 2 bars Alter Eco 90% Super Blackout, chopped
- 2 TBS coconut oil
- ½ cup chopped roasted peanuts
- Sprinkle coarse sea salt
Directions
In a blender, add the almond milk, bananas, peanut butter, salt and maple syrup. Blend until smooth. Pour into the popsicle molds and freeze until firm.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place in the freezer.
Combine the chocolate chunks and coconut oil in a small bowl and melt in the microwave until smooth.
Remove the popsicles from the molds and dip them into the melted chocolate. Sprinkle with peanuts and sea salt. Place the popsicles on the prepared baking sheet in the freezer. Let the popsicles cool for 20 minutes before serving.
