Vegan Salted Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients 

1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
2/3 cup coconut or cane sugar
1/3 cup melted coconut oil
1/4 cup warm water
1 bar of Alter Eco Sea Salt 70% cacao (chopped)

     Directions

    1. Preheat the oven to 350*F.
    2. Whisk together the flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder in a bowl and set aside.
    3. In a separate bowl, combine the sugar, oil, and water.
    4. Add the wet mix to the dry mix and combine.
    5. Add in your chopped chocolate
    6. Place two parchment lined baking sheets, place around 16 cookie dough balls.
    7. Bake your cookies for around 14-16 minutes (depending on desired chewiness).
