I have not tried the chocolates yet. My order went sideways in the shipping part of the transaction. It all started when I was placing my order on your site. I supplied my PO Box number just as I do for all my online purchases. The form stopped me to say it can not use PO Box addresses, but offered the Post Office Building address in my city as acceptable shipping address. I just moved on to the rest of the form and submitted it. I got a reply via email that my order was placed and would ship soon. The next day another email saying my chocolates would arrive the next day. Oh boy, rubbing my hands together. I checked in the Post Office and had no notice in my box for a package. The next day still no notice so I stopped at the service window and asked about my package. This is when I was informed that we can not use the Post Office Address for anything! The package will be sent back!. Oh heart break. I then contacted UPS to ask for a change of address on parcel number so and so, but they told me that I can not change this. Only the shipper can make a change. Whow was me. I contacted Alter Eco about my problem and they are glad to help except the package can't be found to reroute it. I can't wait for the next piece of news.
