December 12, 2022 Hello, I am very surprised to see I was asked to review your product since as of today my inquiries to customer service were never resolved as it relates to my concern of a recent shipment of two 60 count boxes of truffles that had the seals being broken into plus miscounts in the chocolate boxes.
I was also open to return them and be given credit or guaranteed I would not get sick from eating them. These boxes should never have passed quality control and I am very disappointed in how they were allowed to ship since the wrapped candy inside the box is only in a wrapper. The boxes were not damaged, they were “tampered with” therefore not safely packaged and sealed.
As of today, the company has completely ignored the issue of the broken seals and only claims they are "phasing out" putting the seals on the containers even though I sent photos of the opened boxes, broken seals, and how the candy arrived spilled inside. I also sent a photo of a sealed box I received less than a week ago from another dealer that clearly had a safety seal on it completely in tact.
I am not sure how I can recommend this product to anyone unless they take a potential health and safety risk.
